This Privacy Policy describes how Nobiprojectt Educación Financiera S.A.S., with Tax ID (RUC) 1793215487001 and registered office at Av. Naciones Unidas E7-95 y Av. de los Shyris, Quito, Ecuador (hereinafter, "Nobiprojectt"), collects, uses and protects personal data of the visitors of nobiprojectt.com. We act as data controller under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP), Official Register No. 459 of 26 May 2021, and its regulations.

1. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter (full name and email address) and technical data generated during browsing: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages visited and session duration. We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.

2. Purposes of processing

Your data is used exclusively to: (i) deliver the educational newsletter about real estate crowdlending in Ecuador, (ii) measure the performance of the site and improve the content, (iii) respond to enquiries received by email, and (iv) comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent, granted when you accept this policy and tick the newsletter subscription box. We may also process data under legitimate interest when strictly necessary to operate the website.

4. Data retention

Subscription data is kept for as long as your newsletter subscription remains active. If you unsubscribe, your data will be deleted within thirty (30) calendar days, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We use technology providers acting as processors (email delivery, web analytics and hosting) bound by confidentiality agreements compliant with the LOPDP. Some of these providers may be located outside Ecuador, always ensuring adequate levels of protection.

6. Data subject rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, erasure, objection, portability, cancellation, not being subject to automated decisions and enquiry by writing to hola@nobiprojectt.com. You may also file complaints with Ecuador's Superintendency for the Protection of Personal Data.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit using TLS, access controls, periodic backups and processing activity records in accordance with Article 40 of the LOPDP.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to align it with regulatory changes or new services. The current version and its date of last update will always be published on this page.
